Mission
- Generate employment opportunities and livelihood initiatives for local micro and small enterprises.
- Establish an effective educational system that will produce productive and morally upright individuals equipped with the necessary knowledge, abilities, and skills for both work and lifelong learning.
- Raise the income and quality of life of farmers and fishermen to achieve food security, social equity, and competitiveness.
- Build a disaster-resilient community.
- Establish San Luis as one of the eco-tourism destinations in Batangas while preserving the natural environment and its resources.
- Promote positive mental health and foster the potential of the youth for a healthier community.
- Provide assistance, safety, and recovery for those in need of social work intervention so they may enjoy normal lives and participate in community activities.
